Shipping area

We ship to Austria, Germany, and the following other EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Czechia, and Hungary.
We only ship to other countries by individual arrangement.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free of charge for all orders to the countries listed above.

All prices are final prices pursuant to Section 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG) (small business scheme); no VAT is shown.

Delivery time

Unless a different period is stated in the relevant offer, goods are delivered within 2–3 weeks of contract conclusion (in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment) to all countries we serve.

Delivery does not take place on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping provider

Shipping is carried out via standard parcel or freight carriers, depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

Partial deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted as long as they are reasonable for the customer.
This does not result in additional shipping costs.

Transfer of risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods only passes upon handover of the goods to the customer or a person authorised to receive them.

Transport damage

If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, we ask the customer to report this to the delivery carrier as soon as possible and to contact us.
