Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods as part of a single order that are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last partial shipment.

— of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will provide you with a return label and instructions; in this case, the return is free of charge for you.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Exclusion / early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, or expires early, for the following contracts (Section 18 FAGG):
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.
KANT | MODULAR is assembled via the online configurator from already prefabricated standard components (base module, 45 cm shelf, 85 cm shelf), which you freely combine in number and arrangement. Since the individual components are themselves prefabricated standard parts and are not specially manufactured to customer specification, this does not constitute a bespoke/custom-made product within the meaning of Section 18(1)(3) FAGG. The regular 14-day right of withdrawal described above therefore applies to KANT | MODULAR as well, the same as for all other products — no exception.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will receive your refund in accordance with the statutory deadlines above, to your original payment method.
