Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in a single order that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the form below for this, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will provide you with a return label and instructions; the return is free of charge for you in this case.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion / early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist, or expires early, for the following contracts (§ 18 FAGG):
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.
- Contracts for the supply of goods that may deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded.
KANT | MODULAR is assembled via the online configurator from already prefabricated standard components. As the individual components are themselves prefabricated standard parts and are not manufactured specifically to customer specifications, the regular 14-day right of withdrawal as described above applies — just as for all other products.
